TSA Lobbying Event - House of Commons, London

MBS Software and Maltby Land Surveys recently took part in a lunchtime reception and afternoon discussion group hosted by The Survey Association (TSA) at the House of Commons.

The aim of the event was to raise the profile of the survey and mapping industry in the UK, through the lobbying programme introduced by TSA.  The event attracted nearly one hundred TSA member company representatives, together with many MP's and members of the RICS and ICES.

Houses of ParliamentThe event, which was hosted by Phil Willis (MP for Harrogate) and officially opened by David Chidgey (MP for Eastleigh), started with a lunch reception on the Pavilion Terrace of the House overlooking the Thames, followed by a lively discussion group in one of the committee rooms.

The day was magnificently capped by Leica Geosystems sponsoring a bar at the Red Lion pub on Whitehall.
